In February we saw a nice increase in New Listings and Total Inventory on the market in both Denton and Collin counties, which is great news for buyers who are currently shopping in the market. Unfortunately, it appears that the delay in the Fed reducing interest rates has a large amount of buyers still staying on the sidelines (as reflected in the drop in the number of pending sales in both counties). Sales prices are holding steady though, as we experienced modest increases in the average sales price in both Collin and Denton county.
