Markets such as Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Melissa, and the county-wide markets in Collin and Denton remained neutral, while Prosper, Celina, and Anna continued to favor buyers with higher inventory levels.
Home values remain strong throughout the region, and buyer activity continues to be healthy. The difference today is that buyers are more selective, making pricing, presentation, and strategy more important than ever.
