January Market Statistics Update

JANUARY MARKET STATISTICS UPDATE

 

Collin County saw a single digit dip in prices for January 2024, while Denton county showed a small increase in the median price.  Both counties did see an increase in market activity when compared to last year (closed sales) and both counties had a nice increase in new listings that came to market. With the talk of three interest rate decreases in 2024, we should see a very active market this year.

  • The number of homes for sale in Denton County is 2,533, revealing a decrease of 4.1% compared to January 2023.
    • Number of Homes for Sale: 2,533 (Change from January 2023: -4.1%)
