For more than 40 years, Terry Karr has built his life around one thing: people. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Terry served six years, including assignments in Germany and Japan. Living among different cultures taught him to listen first, adapt easily, and appreciate the backgrounds, traditions, and priorities people bring to the table. Decades in ministry and pastoral leadership, combined with experience in high-ticket consumer sales, have given him a unique blend of compassion, patience, strong communication, and practical sales skills that he brings to real estate.
Known for his calm demeanor, servant’s heart, and knack for never meeting a stranger, Terry connects naturally with clients from every walk of life—whether they’re first-time buyers, growing families, retirees, relocating military families, or newcomers to the area. He believes buying or selling a home should be about more than a transaction. It should be about listening well, putting people first, and helping clients confidently navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.
Terry is a devoted husband, dad, and proud “Poppie.” He and his wife are actively involved in their local church and have spent much of their lives serving and encouraging others. Whether he’s helping someone find the right home or simply lending a hand, people will always come first for Terry.
